Our Story
Maker from Rancho Cucamonga, California. I am inspired to build and produce furniture pieces that will last a lifetime; handcrafted, designed and hand finished. At an early age I was around tools in the garage with my father. He was basically a jack of all trades from a carpenter, to a mason, a wood carver as well as a designer and artist. My construction methods are a blend of old and new. Just like my methods I am inspired by old and new makers from Greene and Greene, Krenlov, Sam Maloof to Thos. Moser, Darrell Peart, William Ng and Phillip Morley. I do not shy away from power tools, but at the same time prefer to use hand tools wherever possible.
In designing my furniture, I am committed to simplicity in form – to achieve grace through proportion and simplicity, rather than embellishment. It is through simplicity of form and attention to detail and proportion that I am able to achieve a well-designed piece. A piece from which nothing can be taken and to which nothing can be added. LUNA
Luna is our Dalmatian and Official Bench Dog. She is our 3rd Dalmatian. She loves going to the park, on a hike and the beach. But hanging in the shop is her favorite.
NICK
At an early age I was around tools in the garage with my father. We made wooden toys, patio chairs and tables, patio covers, gates and fences, wall/entertainment units and fireplace mantles. I have taken a handful of woodworking classes over the years and I am now fortunate to have my own shop to build and create.
